What is needed for a trouble Ticket?
Always include your connected IP adress of your internet connection. Please note any IP adress starting with 192.168 is not an internet routable address and has very little use for us for trouble shooting
  • Include the actual error you are getting.
  • Include infomation about the connection and whether you are using a Firewall.
What you need to check before you complete a trouble ticket?
  • Ensure you connected to the internet.
  • Ensure you can browse the internet.
If you are not able to connect to the Internet, please contact your access provider.
