When submitting a support request, there are three different types of requests:
Non-verified question :
A Non-verified question means that we'll look into your request and respond back to your issue in our public Q&A section of our website.
Verified ticket submitted through our support / helpdesk system:
This method is the easiest way to contact technical support. It is preferred because it provides a contact that does not require further verification.
A Non-verified email means you might have to confirm your account on file with us and or your password for your account.
We answer all tickets in the order that they come in.
