Please note that if the problem originates from a listing in an RBL, then this issue needs to be taken up with them or your ISP. Please note that all servers attached to the internet have to follow certain guidelines as laid down in RFC's. These RFC's are used for the guidlines to good practice on the internet. See RFC-EDITOR.ORG
A Special note :
Many mailservers are insecurely or incorrectly configured and this may lead to mail rejection, we recommend you look at your log files as a starting point to determine if your mail server is misconfigured. A MAIL SERVER MUST HAVE A PROPER REVERSE ENTRY IN DNS With no entry, the likelyhood of rejection is almost 100%.
