Unsolicited email (SPAM) is not permitted on our network due to the administrative problems it causes. We reserve the right to terminate service to any customer who engages in SPAM activities. To report network abuse, send email to email@example.com. All reports of abuse will be investigated within 24 hours. Customers will be given 1 warning prior to service interruption. There will be no refunds after service has been interrupted. We reserve the right to charge $150 per complaint.
The new federal "Can-Spam" law, effective January 1st, 2004, allows for direct email marketing according to the specific provisions of the law. Any email advertisements which do not meet the specific requirements of the law are illegal and considered to be SPAM.
